Climbing
Climbing is an adventurous and physically demanding sport that involves ascending natural rock formations or artificial climbing walls. It tests a person’s strength, endurance, flexibility, and mental focus, making it both a physical and mental challenge. With various styles and techniques, climbing offers something for everyone, from casual indoor bouldering to extreme mountain ascents.

Types of Climbing
Bouldering: Short, intense climbs without ropes, usually on walls up to 4-5 meters high, with a crash pad for safety.
Sport Climbing: Uses pre-placed anchors in the rock or wall for protection, requiring a harness and rope.
Traditional (Trad) Climbing: Climbers place their own protection as they ascend, removing it on the way down.
Top Rope Climbing: The rope is secured at the top of the route, providing constant support.
Free Climbing: Using only hands and feet to ascend, with ropes only for safety, not for support.
Lead Climbing: The climber clips the rope into pre-fixed anchors as they ascend, without a secured top rope.
